Garage naar loft

The assignment
For a property developer, I was allowed to create a tranformation conversion design for a garage to be transformed into 2 residential houses.

The space was perfect to give a Loft-like look so I thought we should leave it open and leave the steel beautiful construction nicely exposed.

They also adopted the steel entrance doors and wooden staircase from the design into the final result. Only the kitchen is placed in the canopy and not centrally in the room.
